When reinstalling Windows, most modern systems will automatically detect and install basic Ethernet drivers. In some cases, you may need to manually download and install network drivers. Make sure to download your network drivers (LAN) from your corresponding motherboard model. So, for example, you search for "Asus B550 Network drivers" on Google, and put them on your USB drive just to be sure, and exclude any risks.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
Important

**For example,** in the example below Disk 0 (500 GB) and Disk 1 (1000 GB) are the main drives - clean both. Disk 2 (32 GB) is the USB flash drive - **do NOT clean the flash drive (USB)** - this can mess up your reinstall.

**Still unsure?** Please contact our support so we can resolve this together. Or, use [ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/) or any preferred AI assistant, take a picture of your screen, and let the AI help ensure you don't accidentally clean the USB.
{% endhint %}

## from the windows setup screen in the image above click shift+f10 and cmd will come up

<pre><code>```cmd
// X:\Sources>

type this in carefully

X:\Sources>diskpart

Microsoft DiskPart version 10.0.19041.1

DISKPART>list disk

  Disk 2          Online                32 GB

in this instance you have a 1tb drive and a 500gb drive and a usb with 32gb

type

DISKPART>select disk 0

Disk 0 is now the selected disk.

DISKPART>clean

you will see DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://od-softwares.gitbook.io/od-softwares-docs/hwid-spoofer/spoofing-pre-and-post-setup.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
